POUND® - Inspired by playing drums, a fitness class that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates- inspired movements with lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.
TONE & FLEX – Combine fun and fitness to increase strength and flexibility.
ZUMBA® – A total workout, combining all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, with a mixture of low-intensity & high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness class.
Zumba® Gold is the same total workout but with easier to follow moves and with less intensity.
Zumba® Gold Chair is performed seated in a chair and standing with the chair for support to work on balance.
